When I cook I always try to recreate old times tastes. I use both traditional and new cooking techniques, to satisfy not just your appetite but also your senses: the sense of the sight, with the colours typical in the Mediterranean cuisine; the sense of the smell, with the aromatic herbs; the sense of the taste, with the natural flavor of our products; the sense of the touch, with the sensations of food melting in your mouth; the sense of hearing, with the words we choose to show you our dishes.
We breed our meat, both beef and sheep. This is the reason why in our kitchens we can create delicious, natural and complete dishes with the right combination of aromatic herbs and fresh coloured vegetables. Also fish is really fresh, to fully enjoy its flavour, combined with our homemade pasta, or simply cooked with Mediterranean vegetables.
